The Archdiocese is currently working on getting the website updated and hope to open online registration very soon. Parishes wishing to pay for a portion of the registration cost for their teens can contact Beth Carlson at email@example.com to set up a scholarship code. Participants must enter this code at the beginning of their registration in order to receive a discounted rate.
The Archdiocese of Omaha, Office of Evangelization & Catechesis, in collaboration with the Vocations Office, is holding a new summer camp for boys entering 6th grade through 9th grade in the fall. Camp Virtus et Veritas will be held Sunday, July 26-Saturday, August 1 at Camp Kateri Tekakwitha in McCool Junction, NE. The cost for the camp is $350. The deadline to register is Monday, June 1 or until all available spots are filled.
The camp will focus on helping young men develop character, leadership, and virtue, as well as zeal to know Christ and embrace His plan for their lives. Camp activities include daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Bible study, altar server training, respect for the U.S. flag, campfires, marching, an obstacle course, a mud slide, water sports, archery, and skits. Camp Virtus et Veritas is following in the footsteps of the successful Leadership Camp hosted by the Lincoln Diocese for the past 10 years.

World Youth Day will be held in Krakow, Poland in 2016. The Archdiocese of Omaha and the Pro Sanctity Movement is sponsoring a pilgrimage to Poland for WYD with 5 days in Rome, Italy. Dates are July 24 – August 6, 2016. Young adults ages 19-35 are invited to participate. More information on the pilgrimage.
